Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Finance:
· Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
· Prepare and send invoices according to specified milestones; follow up promptly on outstanding payments.
· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
· Maintain and update prepayment schedules and ensure proper allocation of expenses.
· Prepare and submit sales tax and payroll tax payments in compliance with local and federal regulations.
· Process Expense Reimbursements
· Assist with month-end close activities, including:
· Posting journal entries and accruals.
· Reconciling balance sheet accounts.
· Reviewing and adjusting trial balances.
· Support bi-weekly processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance).
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.

Qualifications:
· Degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or Certification in bookkeeping
· Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, with exposure to HR administrative tasks.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close procedures.
· Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and tax compliance.
· Familiarity with labor laws and financial regulations.
· Certification in HR (e.g., CPB, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
