Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Franklin, TN. (onsite)

Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong analytical abilities, a solid understanding of banking operations, and a knack for solving technical and operational challenges. This role supports critical banking systems and leads initiatives that enhance service delivery across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for systems such as Treasury Management (ACH, Wires), Loans, Deposits, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
• Lead and manage projects, from planning through implementation.
• Troubleshoot application issues, manage system configurations, and test new releases.
• Create and deliver ad hoc reports and data extracts.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client service.
• Refer clients to appropriate internal experts (e.g., Trust, Investments, Treasury).

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of systems support experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Working knowledge of banking products, compliance, and audit standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

• College degree and experience with database systems.
• Familiarity with federal and state banking regulations.
