Job Summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated, multi-task-oriented individual to manage a Security contract. The role involves overseeing Supervisors and staff, ensuring performance, service quality, and budget adherence. The Security Director is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel, supporting security needs, and fostering relationships with local police, fire departments, and facility reports. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, uphold Andy Frain Services' Core Values, and ensure 100% compliance with staff training standards.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Manage security operations, including enforcing post orders, completing rounds, and filing reports.
2. Develop and implement security procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and facility policies.
3. Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures, respond to alarms, and coordinate with authorities.
4. Ensure the operation of life safety systems, CCTV, elevators, and access controls.
5. Conduct staff training, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
6. Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager regarding performance and security issues.
7. Assist in payroll and personnel management.
8. Inspect posts, ensure proper sign-in/out procedures, and meet with client representatives.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
