We’re a small, tight-knit team that supports one another, communicates with kindness and respect, and works toward shared goals. As we prepare to grow our boutique private practice in a big way, we’re looking for a Front Office Coordinator who shares our values and is excited to grow with us.

About the Role:
This isn’t just a front desk job. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, warmth, and excellent judgment — someone who knows how to lead at the front while respecting boundaries and taking direction. You’ll be the first impression of our practice, so a presentable appearance, articulate communication, and a naturally positive personality are a must.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients with grace and professionalism
• Manage the schedule with accuracy and ownership
• Handle insurance verifications, billing, and collections with confidence
• Communicate clearly via phone, text, and email
• Post payments and track financials with attention to detail
• Present treatment plans
• Maintain smooth front office operations and protect the integrity of systems

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have dental front office experience required
• Understand the business side of dentistry and value structure
• Are articulate, professional, and polished
• Can confidently say your current/former employer would praise your reliability and attendance
• Are open to coaching, leadership training, and continual growth
• Live within a reasonable commute (under 45 minutes strongly preferred)
