Campaign Management:Planning, executing, and optimizing retail media campaigns across various channels, such as on-site (e.g., product pages, search results) and off-site (e.g., social media, programmatic advertising). Performance Analysis:Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing data-driven insights to improve results and demonstrate value to clients. Client Management:Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, and building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, ad operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals. Innovation and Optimization:Identifying new opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and recommending innovative solutions to improve campaign performance and drive revenue growth. Team Leadership:In some roles, leading and mentoring a team of retail media specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
