This position helps plan and assign work. It is a role that requires critical and creative thinking.

Responsibilities for the Interior

• Follow blueprints and building plans.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and doors (interior & exteriors). Including door sills.
• Plan and build drop ceilings where necessary.
• Measure & cut, wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
• Layout and install kitchen cabinets, and vanities.
• Communicate and correspond with all trades people. Including Electrical.
• Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers.
• Occasionally calculate stair stringers rise and run & install.
• Being capable of working with all of these materials and installing them with 1/16 tolerance

Responsibilities for the Exterior

• Instruct and direct laborers in many aspects including weatherproofing.
• Estimate, layout, install LP smart siding and or Fiber cement siding.
• Layout and install specified siding
• Occasionally calculate stair stringers rise and run & install.
• Being capable of working with all of these materials and installing them with 1/16 tolerance
