Please note that relocation is a requirement for this position. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant's financial and operational performance, which includes: Delivering exceptional hospitality and guest service. Fostering a positive and motivating work environment for team members. Making informed Human Resource decisions. Conducting financial analysis including P&L responsibilities. Managing inventory control efficiently. We offer competitive pay rates starting between $43,888.00 and $59,050.00 per year. Qualifications To excel as a General Manager, you will need strong leadership and customer service skills, along with a dedication to integrity and accountability. Additional qualifications include: A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or another customer service industry, with a focus on financial outcomes.
