Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding service and product quality standards. Manage staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and developing top talent. Create effective work schedules to maximize sales and control labor costs. Foster a positive work environment and team morale through leadership and mentoring. Drive profitability by managing sales, costs, and operational standards. Review daily performance metrics and develop actionable plans for improvement. Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations. Qualifications: 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required. Open availability and ability to work at least 5 days and 48 hours per week. Proven leadership and organizational skills are essential. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 3-5 years management experience required, restaurant management experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously. Occasional lifting and reaching, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Effective communication skills through speech, reading, and writing. Ability to work in various temperature environments and manage food allergens. Safe operation of restaurant equipment.
