Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Analyst to join our client’s team in Santa Clara, CA . The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of NetSuite, with hands-on expertise in financial and manufacturing modules . Candidates with experience in both domains will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Process Optimization:

• Analyze and optimize core financial processes (GL, AR/AP, revenue recognition, fixed assets) within NetSuite.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and maintain audit readiness.

Intercompany Transactions & Consolidations:

• Design and manage intercompany workflows including eliminations, currency conversions, and multi-entity reporting.
• Maintain and troubleshoot NetSuite OneWorld configurations.

Manufacturing Process Alignment:

• Work closely with operations to align and improve manufacturing processes (e.g., work orders, BOMs, routings, MRP).
• Support cost accounting setup and ensure accurate tracking of COGS in NetSuite.

NetSuite Functional Expertise & Documentation:

• Serve as the NetSuite SME for finance and operations.
• Create and maintain BRDs, process maps, test cases, and training materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration Support:

• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to implement and enhance business processes.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and 3rd-party tools such as Salesforce, Concur, and ADP .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (OneWorld a plus).
• Proven track record in both financial and manufacturing modules.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Local to Santa Clara or willing to relocate (onsite required).
