Utilizes patient safety criteria and correct patient handoff processes. Ensures that patient is comfortable during the transporting process. Provides assistance to patient, family and health care staff as needed. Places equipment not in use in assigned location and ensures equipment is clean and in proper working order. Physical Requirements The physical activities of this position may include pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
