Job Description

OVERVIEW

A leading domestic food production company is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team. This role reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain Services and will lead key global initiatives within Procurement and Supply Chain Materials Management. The position includes managing a team of up to five and supporting early-career rotational programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing and implementing reporting and metrics across the department, supporting key technologies (SAP, Ariba, BW, SAC, HANA, BWP HANA, Power BI), and driving project management for new initiatives. A strong focus will be placed on improving processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.

  • On-site in West Palm Beach, FL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee procurement, materials management, demand planning processes, and supporting technologies.
  • Manage and develop departmental metrics/KPIs.
  • Lead design and integration of Source-to-Pay processes and supporting systems.
  • Develop and execute a 3-5 year vision for Source-to-Pay process improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth compliance and root cause analysis across procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across functional tools and practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and global teams to optimize business processes.
  • Lead strategic roadmap planning, process design, change management, and compliance governance.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and AI/ML tools to support technology enablement and process optimization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years in Supply Chain, with experience in supply/demand planning, S&OP, Procurement, or Materials Management.
  • Strong knowledge of requisition-to-check processes.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Direct management of 5+ team members.
