As a Shop Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting daily field operations by ensuring that all equipment, vehicles, and materials are maintained and ready for use. Responsibilities

• Sharpen and supply mower blades and essential materials such as oil, grease, and filters
• Organize and maintain shop and tool inventory to ensure efficient operations
• Track vehicle mileage and assist with basic repairs and logistics
• Train team members on pre-trip inspections and fleet safety procedures
• Assist with unloading and staging plant materials, as well as daily job preparation
• Perform basic repairs on equipment and lighting as needed
• Support installation teams with yard inventory management and field loading

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills
• Familiarity with yard tools, fleet operations, or landscaping equipment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation

$20.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Year-round work
