Helm is a fast-growing company that is seeking an experienced Income Development Manager for the Alberta territory. This position will work directly with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealerships to achieve F&I (Finance and Insurance) product sales objectives for Stellantis’ Mopar Vehicle Protection division. As a member of our team, you will drive revenue growth in the assigned territory through face-to-face training and sales in assigned dealerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client field teams and dealership personnel to maximize results
  • Partner with dealership decision-makers on mutually beneficial action plans and provide solutions utilizing our products and services
  • Consult with dealership ownership and management on a consistent basis to review performance, product mix, incentives, promotions, and opportunities
  • Work with client field teams to address and overcome loyalty issues
  • Escalate any dealership issues or concerns to program managers and client field teams
  • Conquest dealerships splitting business or not utilizing Client’s products
  • Achieve and maintain “subject matter expert” status on client’s products
  • Train, educate, and motivate dealership personnel to grow product sales at assigned dealerships
  • Effectively manage your assigned territory to deliver the highest return on investment
  • Maintain and create account development business plans
  • Provide requested feedback to management and client, regarding competitive products, pricing, and any additional pertinent information
  • Utilize proprietary CRM tool to record activities, action plans, as well as competitive and market information
  • Constantly evaluate performance vs. expectations
  • Team player with shared goals and responsibilities

  • Résoudre et surmonter les problèmes de loyauté
  • Faire remonter tout problème ou préoccupation de la concession au gestionnaire du programme
  • Conquêtes concessionnaires n’utilisant pas les produits du client
  • Atteindre et maintenir le statut d’ expert en la matière » sur les produits du client
  • Former, éduquer et motiver le personnel de la concession afin d’augmenter les ventes de produits chez les concessionnaires assignés
  • Gérez efficacement le territoire qui vous est assigné pour obtenir le meilleur retour sur investissement
  • Maintenir et créer des plans d’affaires de développement de comptes
  • Fournir les commentaires demandés à la direction et au client, concernant les produits concurrentiels, les prix et toute autre information pertinente
  • Utiliser Salesforce.com outil CRM pour enregistrer les activités, les plans d’action, ainsi que les informations sur la concurrence et le marché
  • Évaluer constamment les performances par rapport aux attentes
  • Esprit d’équipe avec des objectifs et des responsabilités partagés

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years Finance and Insurance experience within an automotive dealership and/or F&I Consulting or Development Services experience
  • Demonstrated successful sales or consulting experience
  • Analyze trends, metrics and formulate business plans
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Motivated by bonus potential to exceed performance goals
  • Ability to manage a territory with limited direction
  • Overnight travel as required for business needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en tant qu’F&I au sein d’un concessionaire automobile et/ou expérience en services-conseils ou services de developement
  • Expérience avérée réussie dans la vente ou le conseil
