WeWork is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics and Operations based in New York City, who will support the wider global Marketing function at WeWork accountable for the design, implementation, measurement, analysis, and reporting of key activities throughout the buyer journey and customer lifecycle. As a part of WeWork’s Central Data team, you’ll partner across the company with global Marketing and Sales stakeholders, Sales Operations, and Technology to help the team make informed data driven decisions to measure effectiveness, track metrics, analyze performance and report on results with clear and actionable insights and takeaways. Equal parts operator and analyst, you will also be responsible for assisting with the set up, maintenance and optimization of lead routing from Marketing to Sales, partnering closely with Sales Operations and Marketing to spot trends and shape plans. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills with a proven track record of leveraging data and analytics to drive revenue at the target ROI. The individual must have a deep understanding of marketing attribution models and have experience working with large, complex data sets from multiple sources. They will play an active role in influencing the direction of integrated marketing activations across channels around the globe by enabling and optimizing our funnel, programs, channels, and campaigns. Candidates should be highly collaborative across functions and comfortable with presenting to senior members of both Sales and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include proactively analyzing data, identifying trends, developing recommendations for changes to investment & marketing strategies, leading development of marketing update presentations to senior and executive management, owning development and maintenance of Salesforce and Tableau/Power BI dashboards, partnering with Sales Operations to translate Sales goals into Marketing goals and forecasts, ensuring accurate tagging and tracking of marketing campaign funnels and customer behavior flows, supporting marketing team on SQL and data needs, owning marketing analytics data models in data warehouse, collaborating to design and optimize marketing attribution and measurement models, owning lead forms and routing logic setup, working collaboratively including with external agencies/partners, presenting to Executives and Leadership Team members, and managing multiple projects and deadlines. Required qualifications include 8+ years of experience in marketing data analytics and operations, proficiency in SQL (preferably Snowflake), experience with digital analytics and visualization platforms, strong understanding of ad trafficking and online tracking mechanisms, experience in customer insights reporting, LTV and CAC analysis, A/B testing, experience migrating attribution models, strong presentation skills, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a quantitative focus. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in scripting languages (Python, R), experience with Git and CI CD workflows, and experience with Cloud Services (AWS or GCP).
